Ahmed Madobe travel to Kenya

The president of the Jubaland state, Ahmed Mohamed Islam Madobe, and a delegation led by the president departed the capital, Nairobi. Ahmed Madobe and his delegation were received at the airport by Kenyan officials Cabinet ministers, military officials and other members of  kenyan.

Ahmed Madobe will meet Kenyan officials is said to be in the process of resolving disputes in Gedo region, where he will meet with Kenyan government officials. The president of Jubaland is said to have taken a private jet from Kismayo, which has again violated the Federal Government’s directive, that flights to Kismayo and those coming from Nairobi to Mogadishu will be through.

However, it is the first trip of Ahmed Mohamed Islam Ahmed Madobe to Nairobi since he was re-elected president of the Jubbaland state.
