Bosaso, Somali Times Puntland Governor Said Abdullahi Deni speaks at the signing of the P & O Port under the DP World Company to manage the port of Bosaso. Governor Deni said that his government will sit down and negotiate with anyone who has agreed with the previous governments and will soon begin a two-way dialogue process.
