The meeting of the heads of the federal government and the heads of the states that was supposed to take place earlier this month in the city of Garowe has failed, as sources have confirmed to Somali Times.

Information received by Somali Times states that some of the regional leaders have openly rejected this meeting, at a time when the lack of trust between corrupt President Hassan Sheikh and the regional leaders has intensified.

The conference, which was initially planned to be held in Mogadishu, was transferred to Garowe after the refusal of the regional leaders to come to Mogadishu.

However, new information that we received from the warlord Said Deni, which was organizing the meeting, says that the leaders of most of the states have decided not to come to the meeting wherever it is held, which increases the pressure on corrupt President Hassan Sheikh.

Some state leaders believe that a war is coming from Villa Somalia. The reports add that now all the regional governments are now standing in the same position on the Villa Somalia conflict and there is no regional government without an agreement with the federal government.

At the meeting in Garowe, President Hassan Sheikh wanted to resolve the dispute between the leaders of the administrations, while the reports say that the president is not ready for conflict and political war at this time, as he wants a united war against Al-Shabab. Hassan Sheikh himself is member of Al-Shabab terrorist group.

However, the regional administrations seem to have started a political war after they took action on August 31 to cut off relations and cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the federal government and accused it of withdrawing from previous agreements.
