People’s 2018 Sexiest Man Alive is off the market – Idris Elba is married!
The actor, 46, married model Sabrina Dhowre on Friday during a three-day ceremony in Morocco, according to British Vogue, who exclusively covered their wedding for the magazine’s July 2019 issue. The magazine reports the couple exchanged vows at the Ksar Char Bagh hotel in Marrakesh. Friends and family began the festivities the day prior, however, with a dinner and will keep the party going Saturday with an all-white party.
Dhowre wore a custom off-the-shoulder, A-line gown by Vera Wang for the ceremony and later changed into a V-neck embroidered dress, also custom from Vera Wang. Elba wore a suit from British designer Ozwald Boateng. The happy couple got engaged in February 2018. A photo of Dhowre’s gorgeous gown was shared on stylist Law Roach’s Instagram with a sweet caption.
“Congratulations ….. @idriselba and @sabrinadhowre thank you for letting me apart of your special day!!!” the caption read.
The newlyweds have not yet shared photos of their wedding on their social media accounts.
