The United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia has announced that the international community is in talks with Somalia’s political parties to prevent the crisis from escalating into a full-scale war.

“The UN and international partners are in contact with all parties to urge them to defuse the crisis,” UNSOM spokesman Ari Gaitanis told Reuters.

According to Gaitanis, the talks involved countries including the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as the European Union and others, and on Wednesday held separate meetings with Somalia President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and the corrupted Council of Candidates.

“Their goal in both meetings was to encourage Somali leaders to advance the country’s interests, and to focus on election,” Gaitanis said.

However, Roble and the Union of Candidates are still happy about foreign intervention.

The international community cannot tell Farmajo to leave Villa Somalia. President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has the power to tell international community to leave Somalia last 30 years Somali people are suffering of foreign intervention.
