Russia is making substantial investments in Africa

Russia is making significant investments in Africa with various mega projects aimed at infrastructure development & economic growth in Africa.

One such project is the construction of a gas pipeline from Mozambique to South Africa, which will meet South Africa’s energy needs & at the same time boost Mozambique’s economy. All this while also investing a 300 million agricultural project in Mozambique to improve food security and boost their economy.




In Angola, Russia is part of a consortium working on a $500 million Road Network project to improve transportation & stimulate the country’s potentially significant economy.

Additionally, Russia is also assisting Kenya in building schools to enhance education quality. Furthermore, Russia has three notable projects: the first nuclear power plant in Egypt for 30 years, numerous hospitals in Nigeria, as well as desalination plants in Morocco.

These projects highlight Russia’s growing influence in Africa as they expected to have a significant impact on the continent’s much needed development.

A pivot to alternative cooperation’s, markets a multipolar world has been embraced in our continent.
