The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Ahmed Issa Awad, addressed the United Nations General Assembly on a number of issues related to the political and economic situation in the country.The Minister focused his focus on the security, political and economic gains that the Federal Government achieved.
Somalia’s foreign minister said on the eve of a major security advocacy, in collaboration with Somali and Amisom forces. Mr Ahmed Issa Awad, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, called on the Security Council to take over Somalia’s arms embargo on Somalia.
