The Somali chief prosecutor said “Kenya on the verge of withdrawing the maritime case




Mogadishu, Somali National Prosecutor General Ahmed Ali Dahir has said that the Kenyan government is on the verge of withdrawing its maritime claims in Somalia. The prosecutor pointed out that Kenya has done everything it could to prevent a maritime dispute hearing on some of our water but said it was inaccurate. The Kenyan government is very reluctant to hear the ICJ’s case to hear the case in an attempt to postpone it to replace defenders who are less confident.
