The Puntland region has informed members of the federal government of Somalia that they have not been able to fly from the airport in Mogadishu for a few hours.
Some of the initiatives undertaken by the Puntland authorities to end the hostilities have ended. The ban is limited to the Council of Ministers and its staff members in Villa Somalia, but not members of the two Houses of the Federal Parliament. Late MPs are currently in the town of Garowe for the last few days, who have come to the polls,
