Kenyan foreign minister arrives in Mogadishu

A high level Kenyan delegation led by Foreign Affairs Minister Raychelle Omamo has arrived in the Somali capital Mogadishu today.

Raychelle Omamo and her delegation were welcomed at the Aden Adde International Airport by Foreign Minister Mohamed Abdirizak and other government officials.



According to reports, the Kenyan foreign minister will hold private talks with her Somali counterpart, as well as meet with outgoing Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble and the outgoing president.

Most of all, these are the focus of diplomatic relations between the two countries,

Raychelle Omamo will meet with minister Abdirisack, Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble, and later hold talks with President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo.
