President Mohamed sacks Chief of Supreme Court, names new one








Mogadishu-President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Abdulahi Mohamed on Sunday sacked chief of the Supreme Court,  Mr Ibrahim Iidle Suleyman and named Bashi Yusuf Ahmed to the post,
“Responding my promise on finding judiciary system based on transparent and justice, I appointed Mr. Bashi Yusuf Ahmed as the new chairperson of the Supreme Court of Somalia and wish him to be competent to assigned service. president Mohamed said in a decree from his office today.
The President demanded from the Parliament and Executive council to build the judiciary service commission that is consistent with Provisional Constitution in order to re-establish country’s legal agencies.
