Somaliland’s interior minister said the Dhulabahante Community is unlikely to be united




The Somaliland’s Interior Minister Colonel Mohamed Kahin Ahmed stated that the Dhulabahnte community could not be united now at this time. The voices of the massacres in the community are confirmed by media groups that the voice is  Mr Mohammed Kahin.
