Former National Security Agency and the intelligence Somalia Abdullahi Mohamed Ali said President Mohamed he prepared his plan failed of Dhusamareb conference elections dividend of consultation. In an interview with outlet media Sanbaloshe said President Farmajo’s decision to return the Dhusamareb agreement to parliament was a signal that the conference would fail.
“The president’s message is a puzzle. If he respects parliament, why didn’t he present his agreements with foreign governments and international partner.” Said Sanbalolshe. conference.
“The regional governments are opposed to the prime minister being part of this conference. The parliament is in the hands of President Farmajo. The upper house is sitting, so who should we talk to?” He is the president and prime minister of the country, ”said Sanbaloolshe.
