Mogadishu, Somali Parliament Speaker Mohamed Mursal Sheikh Abdirahman on Monday received a British Ambassador to Somalia. Ben Fender. The ambassador the discussed the strengthening of bilateral relations, and the ambassador briefed the Parliament Speaker on the plight of Somalia.
British Ambassador to Somalia Ben Fender OBE, Chairman of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, told the Somalia is grateful for the work of the parliament, and that the UK government is committed to strengthening its support for Somalia. The Speaker of the Parliament of Somalia, Mohamed Mursal Sheikh Abdirahman thanked the British Government for its continued support of the Government and the people of Somalia.
