Mogadishu, 16 August 2018: The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, today organized a major reconciliation meeting for some national security agencies and the National Constituent Assembly
A copy of the Office of the President has been appointed and dismissed by the following officials;
1. –Dr. Amina Said Ali was appointed Director General of the Presidency.
2.–General Gas Daahir Aadan Elmi was appointed as the Chief of the Somali Armed Forces.
.3.–Mr. Abdalla Mohamed Abdalla was removed from office by the Director General of the National Security and Intelligence Agency.
4.–Mr. Abdikadir Mohamed Nur was removed from the position of the Director General of the National Security and Intelligence Agency.
5.– The President named Fahad Yasin as the Deputy Director General of the National Security and Intelligence Agency.
6.–General Said Ahmed Kaariye was appointed by the Somali Police Force.
7 .–General Zakia Hussein Ahmed, who was promoted to Swas appointed as the Deputy Chief of the Police Force of the Somali Police Force.
8.–Colonel, Hassan Nur is the commander of the Armed Forces.
