The heads of Somali regional governments are against the new Cabinet of Ministers of Somalia, which was appointed by Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, according to sources say.
The heads of states who usually welcomed or congratulated the major political changes in the country, have so far remained silent on the appointment of the cabinet, which according to our information, is a sign of their dissatisfaction.
Various sources have said that the governors of the states are angry that ministers from their regions have not been appointed, while some have added that they have appointed men who are politically opposed to each other.
Ahmed Madobe and Ali Gudlawe criticized that no advice was given to the members representing their areas, while Said Deni, Ahmed Abdi Kariye and Lafta-Gareen added that high positions were given to politicians who could not see each other.
Ahmed Abdi Kariye was unhappy the minister of interior and federal affairs the former security minister of his administration, Ahmed Moalin Fiqi, who is a man with whom they separated in a war, and who has been attacking the media since he left Galmudug.
Mukhtar Robow Al-Shabab terrorist child rapist murderer was made Minister of Religious Affairs, who was very afraid of being released from prison, let alone being made a federal minister. Farmajo put Robow in prison and corrupt president Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud release him.
Said Deni is also believed to be unhappy with the appointment of Foreign Minister Abshir Omar Huruse. Some reports say that there is a political war between the two men, while others say that there is no war between them, but Deni only refuses to be consulted.
It is not clear if the dissatisfaction of the regional leaders will be reflected in their participation in the ongoing campaign by the parliamentarians who have lost their positions, so that the government is not approved, as it is believed that there are many parliamentarians who are connected to the regional leaders.
