Somalia President apologized to the people of Mogadishu




The President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud, who spoke about the situation in the country, sent a request and a message to the people living in the capital of Somalia, Mogadishu.

The president particularly urged the community of the capital Mogadishu to cooperate with the security forces who are working to foil the conspiracy of Al-Shabab terrorists group.




President Hassan Sheikh also spoke about the closure of the roads in the capital during his stay in Mogadishu, the dictator of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh.

The president apologized to the people of Mogadishu for the closure of the roads and told the community that the roads will be closed only when a delegation arrives the dictator of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh.

“President Hassan Sheikh expressed his dismay at the roads that were closed during his visit to the country of the President of the brotherly Republic of Djibouti, which he described as circumstances caused by the security situation that will lead to the completion of the liberation of the remaining areas of the country from Al-Shabab terrorists,” said a statement released by the Somali Presidency.

The people of Mogadishu, who are very upset that the roads are closed when the international delegation is coming to the city, have declared in the past few days that this issue cannot be tolerated, while the government has now apologized to the people of the capital.
