President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Abdulahi Farmajo on Saturday closed training for the first unit of the Somali National Army graduating from Turkey Military Academy here in Mogadishu,
President Farmajo thanked Turkish Government for its support to Somali Government in enhancing and rebuilding Somali National Army. We have a big gratitude for your appreciated support to us, and our foreign policy is based on cooperation which is open for every one”, Mr. Farmajo said.
The President urged the trained infantry troops to be competent for the services being waited for by Somali People. You are those whom we want to gain the national security, to rescue people from the threats of Al-Shabaab militants.You should have the culture and discipline of an army in order to ensure that”, He added.
