Somalia Prime Minister Khaire Responding to Federal, State Constitutions





Mogadishu-Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire has responded to the decision of the government of the state to request a third party mediator and at the same location as the conference and security.
Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire also said that he did not welcome a third foreigner and a middle-level mediator between the central government and the Federal Governors government and called it a legitimate tradition.




The regional co-operation committee issued a statement on January 14th to discuss the provisions of a third party mediation agreement that guarantees, agreements with the federal, regional, state government, as they say, it has withdrawn agreements and agreements already entered.
The Council also stipulated that security reasons would be settled on the location of the conference and security. Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire said the move could further fuel the disagreement between the federal government and its members.

Prime Minister Khaire also pointed out that during the course of Somalia’s foreign affairs, it was a problem for foreigners to resolve and not allow the Somali government and the people of Somalia.
“It also does not welcome us to intervene to support the Third and foreign, is the culture that we have learned, had been the last time, in the state, it’s in today’s supremacy in the region wherever they are filing a return to their dignity.

Khaire also mentioned that those who want to be transferred to foreign countries are the victims of the great victory of the Somali nation, and also pointed out that the government is now working to reconcile the states in the region
