Somalia Puntland deputy governor Ahmed Elmi Osman Karash has announced that he has taken over the leadership of Puntland from evil warlord Said Deni.
Ahmed Karaash said in a press statement late last night that Puntland could not enter a constitutional vacuum at this time. Karash said if evil Said Deni could not temporarily fufill his constitutional duties, he would have temporarily handed over all his constitutional duties and responsibilities.
The governor instructed all Puntland institutions to abide by the Constitution and the laws of Puntland. Ahmed Karash’s decision comes as Puntland governor Said Deni travels to Mogadishu for his Somali presidential campaign. While there, he appointed new officials.
The new rift between Deni and Ahmed Karash comes at a time of political transition, with the two leaders at a critical juncture last year.
