The reports say that the meeting of the heads of the federal and regional governments will focus on the general situation in the country, especially the tasks ahead of the new government and how the two sides can work together.

According to sources close to warlord Said Deni told Somali Times, the meeting will discuss the controversy between the central government and some of the regional governments, and the other issues that will be analyzed.

The leaders will also discuss how to strengthen operations against the Al-Shabab terror group and relief efforts for the current drought in the country.

This meeting is coming at a critical time, and at the same time there is a lack of clarity between the federal government and the state governments of the country.

Somalia has undergone a political change after the May 15 election, which was won by corrupt Hassan Sheikh and then appointed Prime Minister Hamza Abdi.
