Speaker of the upper house Abdi Hashi Abdullahi called President Farmajo a violator of the constitution and other laws in the country and interrupted his speech at the 7th session of parliament. He also said the president of disrespecting the existence of the upper house as he said in his speech that the parliament represents the regional administrations and that they are the highest representative body of the Somali people.
Speaker Abdi Hashi said that President Farmajo’s statement that the parliament would return the results of the third phase of the Dhusamareb conference was wrong.
