Mogadishu, The Director of the Office Somali President Abdinur Mohamed Ahmed has spoken of a false report by some media outlets, which said it has not changed the State’s position on the issue of the ICJ case.

In 2017, Somalia succeeded its first bid to resolve a case before the ICJ as the court quashed claims fronted by Kenya’s lawyers that there exists an alternative method of resolving the matter. Last month the Court published a schedule for the hearing of the case which slated for September 9 and run through to September 13.
