The richest man in Somalia Hormuud CEO Ahmed Nur Jimale. has been committing inhumane acts against underage girls for economic reasons.
Somali Times found out that Ahmed Nur Jimale had married off 1000 girls of his daughters’ age and marries four girls each for three months under the age of 15 according to our sources. It is known that he married up to 1000-2000 girls.
And when the girls give birth the child is taken away from their mothers to Ahmed Nur Jimale. He than takes them to a day care center afterwards. Somali Times also contacted one of the girls, whose name we have withheld for security reasons. She was threatened that she would not be able to have her baby.
Instead, she was paid $ 5,000 and Ahmed Nur Jimale said, ‘We bought it.’ She said, adding, “I was told a lie. I was told a had a good life and marriage, but I didn’t. I was used as a tool and my first child was taken from me when I gave birth,” she said in tears. Ahmed has more than 80 children in his day care centre with employees taking care of them. The children do not know who their mothers are.
