Two Somali Ministers are standing trial in Parliament

Mogadishu, The meeting of the parliament was officially opened, which was attended by the Minister of Security, Mohamed Abukar Islo, Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Mohamed Abdullahi Salad and Police Commissioner Abdi Hassan.

The meeting was attended by 120 members of the House of the People, chaired by the 1st Deputy Speaker of the House, Abdiweli Sheikh Ibrahim Mudey. The members will be asked serious questions about the situation in the country, especially on security issues as well as the recent travel ban on former Presidents, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Mr. Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed.

The meeting of the House of Representatives summoned by the Minister of Homeland Security and Transport and Civil Aviation is coming to an end, with political tensions surrounding the work of the two ministries.
