The United Arab Emirates Mission to the United Nations issued a statement announcing that the United Arab Emirates is behind President Hassan Sheikh’s visit to New York United Nations.
The statement noted that the UAE has invited the President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud, to the United Nations Security Council meeting as their puppet.

In this statement, which was published on the Twitter account of the envoy, the UAE expressed its leadership role in the meeting and that Somalia is an important member.

“As the chairman of the United Nations Security Council, we have the honor to invite the president of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud, to the meeting, so that he can give the council an update on the situation in Somalia,” the UAE statement said.
The statement of the Chairman of the United Nations Security Council added, “The President’s report underlined that Somalis themselves have a determination and a vision to pave the way for a society that implements their wishes.”

The seat of the chairman of the United Nations Security Council is currently occupied by the representative of the United Arab Emirates in that council, which caused the UAE to invite Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud to the meeting of the council, as he announced on his Twitter page.
