Mr. Kenyatta has decided to strengthen the capacity of the Security Council to safeguard security and emphasize that there is no peace without a life, and will work in the best interests of Somalia and other neighboring countries.
He said Kenya’s interest in Somalia and South Sudan should be settled and that these two are a country where civil war broke out, but now it is recovering quickly.
