Failing to do so will allow the host country to continue exploiting its position & violating the rights of member states to further its political agendas. Such actions pose a threat to the Union’s integrity, its effectiveness in addressing the continent’s challenges, and its ability to uphold the unity and goals that are fundamental to its foundation.
