In the cities of Somaliland, North Somalia, large demonstrations are taking place this morning, in which thousands of people have gathered. Demonstrations kick off against Muse Bihi’s, Mohamed Kahin’s administration. Somalilanders are fed up against dictatorship.
The opposition parties of Wadani and Ucid who announced these demonstrations are opposed to the government led by Muse Bihi’s, Mohamed Kahin’s administration.
Also, most of the cities in the regions of Somaliland, including Hargeisa, Burao, Borama are disconnected from the Internet today.
Several people were injured during the demonstrations in Hargeisa, according to eyewitnesses told Somali Times reporter.
The leadership of the opposition parties, Wadani and Ucid, have already called on their supporters to gather in a demonstration to demand that the election be held on time.
