The President of the South West State of Somalia, Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed (Lafta Gareen) recently arrived in Dhusamareb, becoming the first leader to visit the town. Lafta Gareen was welcomed at the Dhusamareb airport by his Galmudug counterpart, Mr. Ahmed Abdi Karie (Qoor Qoor).
South West’s president is attending a consultative meeting in the city, announced by the Somali president. The meeting will last three days to discuss the situation in the dispute over the election of 2021. In the coming hours, other regional leaders and the president of Somalia are expected to arrive in Dhusamareb, after which the conference will officially open at a critical time.
The situation in Somalia is now extremely critical, and we see the results of the administration will reach a solution in the elections.
