The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has extended an official invitation to the National Consultative Assembly, in particular the Prime Minister of Somalia and heads of state, according to credible sources.

In the coming days, Roble and the five regional leaders will travel to Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for talks with top Saudi officials.

According to Somali officials told Somali Times, the delegation’s visit is based on issues related to strengthening ties between Somalia and Saudi Arabia, which have been strained in recent years.

Roble is currently in Egypt, while regional administration leaders are on their way to Mogadishu to attend a conference on the country’s elections, but the conference has been delayed today.

The trip came at a critical time, as the devolved government was engaged in electoral matters and strengthening foreign relations, and a government delegation led by Roble visited Nairobi and Cairo.

Saudi Arabia has said it planned to invite Roble and regional leaders to the polls in 2021, following a joint invitation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), talked about election issues as well as making changes in the 2021 election.

However, the news, which has so far not been addressed by the Somali government and regional governments, has caused a great deal of controversy on social media, as it comes at a critical time, and Somalia is currently in a difficult transition period.

Somalia belongs to the Somali people, not the Arabs or the Gulf. Somalis should have a dialogue and sold out between Somali leaders to solve their differences.

The Somali people are fed up with puppets being paid bribes by Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar with bribes to destabilize Somalia. According to Somali Intelligence these Arabs has been destabilizing Somalia because Somalia has a lot of resources, oil deposits which the Arabs has been paying oil companies so Somalia cannot have oil production.
