The Hargeisa administration has been lost between Mogadishu and Addis Ababa since January 1 this year, when the leader of Hargeisa, Muse Bihi Abdi, made an agreement with the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed.
The international governments that talk about this agreement or the press are all talking about President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud and Abiy Ahmed. This does not include Muse Bihi or Hargeisa administration.
The United States, while talking about this agreement, said that the northern region of Somalia, which is now known as the Hargeisa administration, is still a part of Somalia, and the issue of the sea is between Somalia and Ethiopia.
The same was said by the African Union, the Arab League, the European Union and the major governments that discussed this agreement.
Until now, no country has shown any support for this agreement, and Ethiopia is losing its shoulders in foreign policy.
