President of Somalia arrives in Doha today with a delegation

The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed and the delegation led by President Mohamed arrived in Doha, capital of Qatar.
The Presidential delegation accompanied by the delegation includes Ministers, MPs and senior diplomats from the Somali federal government.
A statement from the office of the Somali President’s Media Office said that the president will visit two countries for a two-day visit and will hold talks with Qatar’s  Sheikh Hamad al-Thani.




The other members of the delegation include the Minister of Fisheries and Maritime Transport, Health and Planning who accompanied the President with his trip to Qatar.
Since the election of President Mohamed, it is the second trip to Qatar, which is considered to be a disagreement between the Somali federal government and the regional states resulting from the Gulf conflict.
