Somali President Hassan Sheikh has not succeeded in protecting civilians and officials




The President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud, has failed in Mogadishu to protect civilians and civil servants from Al-Shabab and unaccountable civilian deaths, sources told Somali Times by Hassan’s government officials who are working for Al-Shabab to facilitate the bombing of government buildings.

The governor of Benadir region and the mayor of Mogadishu, Yusuf Hussein Jimale (Madaale), survived being killed, as confirmed by reliable sources told Somali Times.

The commander of NISA, Mahad Salad, is behind the Mogadishu mayor’s office in Banadir region, the explosion, and the casualties.

Our sources inside Somali spy agency NISA senior commander told Somali Times Somali spy chief Mahad Salad is the one who is behind many suicide bombings, many attacks in Mogadishu since Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud came to power in May 2022.

Sources say Mahad Salad sacked more than 50 senior officials in NISA and replaced them with his own uneducated community which they have no idea gathering intelligence about Al-Shabab hiding many places in Mogadishu. The reason is behind Mahad Salad actions he has links to the Al-Shabab terror network according to former NISA spy chief Fahad Yasin.
