Somalia begins Airing Registration

The Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Salad, who inaugurated the registration of aircraft and the licensing of professionals, reported on the significant efforts made by the Government of Somalia in restoring the country’s national identity and people.



The inauguration ceremony in Mogadishu was attended by some of Somalia’s ambassadors, members of parliament, Somali owners of airlines, officials from the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation and the Somali Civil Aviation Authority.

Speaking at the meeting, the Minister commended the efforts of the Somali Civil Aviation Authority and the staff of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation for the hard work they have done in the country’s aviation system, and finally presented them work permits and licenses to Somali pilots and other foreign pilots.
