Transparency International has released its annual Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) report, the agency examined 180 countries, each of which was rated out of 100 points. The authors of this report point out that the problem of corruption has not changed much around the world.

The organization said that Somalia is on the 1st place in the list of the most corrupt countries in the world, with only 11 points.

“Somalia ranks very low on most humanitarian indicators, with poor governance, internal conflicts, underdevelopment, poor economy, poverty, social and gender inequality, and environmental degradation,” the report said from Transparency International.
The organization said that Denmark is the least corrupt country. Denmark came out on top for the sixth year in a row, with 90 points.
Hungary has been ranked the most corrupt country in the European Union for the second year in a row, according to the CPI’s annual report.
Hungary got 43 points, the same as last year, followed by Bulgaria and Romania with 45 and 46, respectively.
