This statement comes as the central government is currently engaged in a serious war with the Al-Shabab group, which has liberated many areas from the group.
This war intensified after the re-election of corrupt President Hassan Sheikh on May 15, 2022, and Al-Shabab was engaged in a prolonged war.
However, the war has now stopped a little compared to the momentum it started, and the plan for the second phase is still going on and new troops will join.
