Somalia; President Mohammed Abdullahi Farmajo met Antonio Gutters in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, met with the Secretary-General of the United Nations Secretary-Antonio Guterres in Addis Ababa.

Antonio Gutters Secretary-General of the United Nations General Assembly praised the successes of the Government of Somalia for the security and governance reform, and expressed his optimism about the achievement of the 2020 election process in the country.

He also pledged that the United Nations will increase its support to Somalia, so that the Somali government can implement the services they need from the Somali community.

The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed thanked and thanked the United Nations for the support of the Somali government.
President Farmajo is also expected to meet with different leaders at the Addis Ababa summit in the Ethiopian capital, where he presided over a summit of African Union leaders.
