Somalia’s Bantu community in Mogadishu, a demonstration has started by people who are angry about the arrest of General Shegow, who was arrested yesterday by the security forces of the Somali government.

The demonstration is organized by the Bantu community, which gathered in the main streets of Mogadishu.

These people came from the Wadajir district, taking the long road that goes to Zoobe, and then they crossed the Maka Al-Mukarrama road in Mogadishu.

Also, the protesters shouting words against the government entered the business premises on Buulo Hubey road and it was reported that they caused problems.

The situation is still tense, and on the other hand efforts are being made by the security forces of the government, who are trying to control the demonstrators.

This issue follows the arrest of General Shegow who is being unfairly arrested, who was caught yesterday in a heavy fight that took place in Kaawo Godey neighborhood in Dharkenley district.

The Bantu community in Somalia has been discriminated for centuries because they are a minority compared to other communities.
