Members of the People’s Assembly of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia have submitted a serious motion related to security agreements that the government has already entered into with Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates.

The Chairman of the People’s Assembly of the Federal Republic of Somalia recently confirmed the motion, which he informed the MPs who submitted it.

“I confirm that the motion aimed at requesting the security agreements reached by the Somalia government with the Federal Republic of Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE),” said a letter from the office of the speaker People’s Assembly.

The governments of Somalia and Ethiopia signed in December 2023 to renew the defense cooperation agreement between the two countries, which was signed by the Minister of Defense of Somalia, Mr. Jama and his Ethiopian counterpart Abraham Belay.
As stated in the text of this agreement, it creates joint defence committees that will work for security and stability in Somalia and Ethiopia.
On the other hand, the Federal Government of Somalia and the United Arab Emirates have already reached a cooperation agreement that specifically concerns the areas of military cooperation, security and fighting terrorism, which was signed by the Minister of Defense of Somalia.

In that agreement it will not help the territorial sovereignty and independence of Somalia’s government but they will now create enough forces to completely take over the security operations of ATMIS, in accordance with the security and vision Somalia.

It is also remembered that the first time this agreement was presented to the Council of Ministers, it was returned to the corrupt low IQ Minister of Defence not knowing what Somalia’s sovereignty is, while the council later approved the second meeting in which this agreement was returned by the federal government of Somalia with the United Arab Emirates government.
When the agreement came to light, there was a lot of talk and controversy, as the people who oppose the government described it as a violation of Somalia’s sovereignty, and the security of Somalia was placed under the United Arab Emirates.

Somalia has already canceled such an agreement between the UAE, during the reign of former president of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, but now the government led by President Hassan Sheikh has restored relations with the UAE.
What the United Arab Emirates has been known is to destroy those Muslim countries such as Yemen, Syria, Sudan and other countries. This tiny country known as the UAE has been planning to destroy Somalia and Somalis are aware what they are looking for is to loot Somalia’s resources.
Somalia has countries who is helping them to train their armies, like Turkey, United Kingdom, EU, Qatar and the US. This corrupt Somalia president Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud who has only one vision to make money for him and his family instead of sticking with the countries named above that’s why he is signing security agreements with the UAE just to earn some income and UAE mercenaries he has been training since he came back into office 15th of May 2022.
