The relationship between the presidents of Puntland and Jubaland is improving, according to various sources, which makes it easier for Ahmed Madobe to join this new alliance.
Said Deni and Ahmed Madobe, who have been at loggerheads since the election of Hassan Sheikh, are now preparing to shake off their relationship and restore their strong friendship.
President Ahmed Madobe is expected to join the cooperation of some regional governments. Said Deni, Ahmed Madobe, Qor Qor and Lafta Gareen are set to join the new partnership according to the information.

On the other hand, Villa Somalia is preparing to oust Ahmed Madobe and replace him with a politician from the Gedo region, which, if it happens, can make a big difference in the country’s politics.
This move comes at a time when President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud and Said Abdullahi broke up during a meeting they held on the South West issue, especially the elections.
Deni is said to have asked Hassan Sheikh at that time to stop the activities against Lafta-Gareen by the South West opposition in Mogadishu, which Hassan refused.
The President of Puntland, who has followed the coalition against Hassan Sheikh, has criticized the policy of President Hassan Sheikh in the Puntland cabinet meeting last week. He also attacked Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre.
Deni instructed his cabinet that there will be no cooperation with the federal government, since he is in place with President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud.
