Somalia corrupt president Hassan Sheikh names new prime minister ally




Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud has appointed Hamza Abdi Barre as the new prime minister of Somalia. Hamza Abdi Barre, from the Ogaden community, was the secretary general of the UPD party led by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud, and also served as chairman of the Jubaland Electoral Commission, during the re-election of Kenyan puppet Ahmed Madobe.

Hamza Abdi Barre became the first person from the Ogaden community to be appointed to this position, and is also the first non-diaspora prime minister to be appointed to this position.




Sources who spoke to Somali Times said President Hassan Sheikh had chosen Hamza as an acquaintance, with whom he had worked for some time both of them work as informant foreign spies.

Hamza Abdi Barre is also very close to Kenyan puppet Jubaland governor evil Ahmed Madobe, and was the first member of parliament to be elected in Jubaland.
