Ruto also said that this is not the time to talk about the border dispute between the two countries.

Ruto said that the first step is to find a solution to the security issues and then he said that they can find a solution to the border dispute, which has already been decided by the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

He seemed to have hope for the new government of Somalia although he refused to answer a question about why they did not discuss this topic with the former president of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Farmajo.

The International Court of Justice, based in The Hague, issued a verdict on the case that has been going on for many years on, when the case was first referred to the court and when the judges of the court announced the decision, William Ruto was the vice president of Kenya.

The president of Kenya at the time, Uhuru Kenyatta, said when the court’s decision came out that his country did not recognize the result.
