Mogadishu-The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Hassan Khaire has suspended a $ 112 million agreement to build cities in the country, signed today by the Minister of Finance and the Mayor of Mogadishu. The Prime Minister the order also states that the Urban Development Project will be reviewed and will involve all regional governments.
“In accordance with an order issued by the Prime Minister of the Republic, the Local Government Development Project has been suspended from the state governments signed this morning by the Federal Minister of Finance and some State Minister of Finance. The project will be reviewed and involved in all states, ”said the order issued by PM Khaire.
However, the project would have been built in cities such as Mogadishu, Kismayo, Baidoa and Garowe, and would cost 112 million.
