Bosaso-The new MPs of the House of Representatives has today welcomed the speeches of the candidates for the Governors of Puntland. The 21-man Governors candidate of the 11 other candidates, who are also running for deputy Governors post,will be held tomorrow on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, today will present their speeches and promises to the nomination of lawmakers.
