The chairperson of the commission of the African Union Moussa Faki Mahamat, on Saturday expresses concern about the decision by the corrupt Roble over expel of the African Union envoy to Somalia Ambassador Francisco Madeira.

On Thursday, foreign intrest worker Mohamed Hussein Roble declared Ambassador Francisco Madeira, persona non grata after accusing him of “engaging in acts that are incompatible with his status.”

The Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission for Somalia, Ambassador Francisco Madeira, and other international ambassadors receive credentials from the President of the Republic, who is the guardian of the country’s sovereignty.

Therefore, President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to fulfill its mandate and convey to the African Union that the said decision is not up to the Federal Government, and comes from an office that does not have the authority to make such a difficult decision on its own.

Somalia’s President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has dismissed a move by the puppet Roble to expel the African Union’s special representative in the country.
