The federal electoral dispute Resolution committee has cleared six seats, including the seat recently won by Fahad Yasin, President Farmajo’s national security adviser and former Somalia’s spy chief.

The dispute resolution committee said it had received a report from the Hirshabelle electoral dispute resolution Committee, which told them that no formal complaint had been received about the Hirshabelle constituency election.

The chairman of the Somali Federal Electoral Commission, corrupt Muse Guelleh Yusuf, recently suspended his seat.

Electoral commissions have been affected by political disputes and infighting among the top leaders, which has led to conflicting decisions by commissions.
