Somalia president Hassan Sheikh has suspended flights to Baidoa

In the last few hours, there has been a lot of discussion about the suspension of flights to Baidoa city, due to the conflict between the central government and the South West administration.

Somali Times spoke to members of the Mogadishu Airport Authority and confirmed that the reports that the flights to Baidoa have been suspended.

“It is clear to you that the flights to Baidoa have been suspended,” said one of the officials of the airport who spoke to Somali Times.

Although there is political tension between the central government and the South West, in the last few days that are fuelling the tension between the two sides.

These issues come at a time when Villa Somalia is making a lot of efforts so that the president of the South West administration, Abdiasis Lafta-gareen, would come to Mogadishu, in order to find a solution to the tension between the two sides.

Corrupt president Hassan Sheikh wants to prevent the opening of the door to the indirect election, which if it happens, will end Hassan Sheikh’s vision of election.
