The Members of the People’s Assembly of the Federal Parliament of Somalia are having a meeting tomorrow at the headquarters of the People’s Assembly in Villa Hargeisa, following a request from the office of the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud and Prime Minister Hamse had a meeting with the Speaker of the People’s Assembly, Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur Madobe, and suggested that the Prime Minister be given an additional ten days to complete the discussions on the matter. On the 15th of June, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud appointed MP Hamza Abdi Barre, a member of the UPD presidential party, as the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia.
