Washington -The Federal Government of Somalia. Finance minister Mr Abdirahman Duale Beyle, who is attending the conference to discuss the situation debt Somalia in Washington DC expressed hope that better emerge from the meeting.
Minister Beyle held separate meetings with the World Bank’s governing body, the IMF and other stakeholders, said they were satisfied with the way Somalia operates the small economy of the country.
“The World Bank and the IMF are very satisfied with the financial management system, and they promise us that they will help us with debt,” Mr. Beyle said.
Mr. Abdirahman Duale Beyle added that the Government of Somalia is committed to working transparently and in a vision, and promised that the Ministry of Finance will double its efforts to enhance the country’s economy to safeguard the international community
